I have wanted to start a cooking blog and site for some time now, and have finally decided to take a leap of faith.

This is my first time making a website in any form, and I am excited to begin sharing my dishes with you. Please stay tuned for more additions and edit, this site is still a work in progress

A Bit About Me

I graduated a few year ago from university and moved back to my hometown in Austin Texas. I am currently working in the Engineering sector but more on the business side of things. I have no formal culinary training, and am strictly a home cook. Some of my favorite cuisines come from other countries like Japan, Thailand, Mexico, Italy, and Greece.

I have a deep passion from cooking that has been brewing for a few years now. Cooking/learning a new meal gives me a sense of accomplishment, and is something I really enjoy. However I am still new to this type of platform, and for now would like to remain anonymous. One day I mare share my name or what I look like, but that is not really important when it comes to making delicious food.
